SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Monday - Friday, before 6pm

#Your order will arrive between Monday - Friday.

 

DELIVERY TIMING

*We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders. Therefore it would usually take place between 9am-6pm, Monday - Friday, with the exception of 7-Eleven, Poslaju, and TAQBIN which operate on Saturday and Sunday as well.

#Some of our courier partners such as 7-Eleven, Poslaju, and TA-Q-Bin also operate over the weekends.

 

 

Returns

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your Cart.

Start your return and get a return mailing label

To start a return on an item you ordered:

1.      Go to the contact us to tell us about the return good.
 

2.      Follow the instructions to get a return mailing label and choose a return option. Depending on the item's eligibility, you'll be able to choose one of the following options:

  • o    Refund

  • o    Replacement

  • o    Exchange

  • o    Prepare and ship your return
     

After you've completed the steps above:

  • Print your label. If you select a shipping option that requires a return label, it will be e-mailed to the e-mail associated with your e-mail account that you use for buy the good.
  • Prepare your package for return. Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from our customer service. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.Important: If you need to return multiple orders, please don't consolidate returns. Return orders individually, using a separate return label for each order.
  • Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected.

 

 

Refunds

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. In some cases, you may be offered an "Instant refund" option.

If you want to use your refund without waiting for your return to process, you can select the instant refund option, if it's available. Instant refunds are either refunded to your credit card or issued as an Amazon.com Gift Card balance, depending on the instant refund type you selected. You will still need to return your items within 30 days.

*Note: Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

 

If your original order was placed using the Maybank Currency Converter, the refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order.

Candylicious may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by a Customer Service Associate.

 

If You Return :Items in original condition past the return window*

You'll Receive : 80% of the item's price

 

If You Return :Items that are damaged, missing parts, expired, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a Candylicious error

You'll Receive : Up to 50% of the item's price

 

If You Return : Other reasons not due to a Candylicious error.

You'll Receive : 0% of the item's price

 

*For most items the return window is 30 days after delivery.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If tracking is available, you can get the track number for your parcel. The delivery method and carrier for your parcel will be given here and in your dispatch confirmation e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, contact information can be found by our customer service.

Your actual order details may be stored with us but for security reasons cannot be retrieved directly by us. However, you may access this information by logging into your account on the Site. Here you can view the details of your orders that have been completed, those which are open and those which are shortly to be dispatched and administer your address details, bank details and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed. You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not make it available to unauthorised third parties.
