Basically these are just meringue cookies piped as a rosette with a lollipop stick added in the back with royal icing and are added different kind of sprinkles. 
Also, we have putted them on a lollipop stick makes a nicer presentation and wrap them up in cello bags individually if you have more than one person to give to.
